KWC 2023 SCHEDULE

The 21st annual Karaoke World Championships Finals will be held at the Hotel El Panamá, in Panama City between 6th and 11th November 2023.

We are excited to have finals for the world’s largest annual karaoke competition in a country that has won gold medals four times!

Karaoke World Championships is a competition with local organizations in different countries. These local KWC Partners send their national winners to represent their countries at the annual KWC Finals.

COMPETITION SCHEDULE KWC PANAMÁ 2023

Country delegations are advised to arrive in Panama on Sunday 5th or latest early on Monday 6th.

November 6th (Monday)

Afternoon / early evening: Get together, Welcome Festivities

November 7th (Tuesday)

Morning: Event Walkthrough, Soundcheck / Rehearsal (Group A)
Early evening: Competition Rounds

November 8th (Wednesday)

Morning: Event Walkthrough, Soundcheck / Rehearsal (Group B)
Early evening: Competition Rounds

November 9th (Thursday)

Daytime: Competition Rounds
Evening: Official Afterparty Activity

November 10th (Friday)

Daytime: Competition Rounds

November 11th (Saturday)

Daytime: Semifinal Rounds
Evening: Final Rounds, Awards Ceremony

We will cast our traditional free live stream every day during the competition. There will also be a public vote on the official KWC page.

Times for Competition Rounds will be announced closer to the event. There will also be additional activities for country delegations in Panama.

KWC 2023 PRIZES

The winner of the main KWC category wins the World Champion 2023 title, a trophy & medal, a diploma, flights and accommodation to KWC 2024 finals and €5000 of cash.

There will also be
