Biography
Adventurer, storyteller, entrepreneur and advocate for social change through communication. Meet Josette Ricketts, a dynamic Jamaican who enjoys travelling, performing arts, and using her gifts to empower others to be the powerful humans they were created to be.
Josette pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism with a minor in History while at the University of the West Indies, Mona and a postgraduate diploma in Methodology and Evaluation of Bilingual Education, at the Comillas Pontificial University, Madrid, Spain. This served as her launching pad for a successful public relations and communications career.
I have two main passions; the performing arts and public speaking. As the founder of Say No2Toxic, I am on a journey to help women, girls, plus victims of gender-based violence (GBV) and abuse reclaim their voices.
